ANI broke the news of the stampede at 11:26 AM for an incident which took place at 11 AM .
In less than 30 minutes, CM office published compensation amount.
How ? I can only imagine the conversation if it took place :
Person X to CM : "Sir, Nalanda me bhagdad mach gaya "
CM : "De do 6 lakh aur niptao mamla, do kahan sign karna hai"
If not this, then CMO took the decision on their own and they have a readymade template.
They know nobody cares. No due diligence, no action, no preventive measures.
