Very disappointed with @onidalive service. Complaint GA160426A139583: technician promised PCB replacement under warranty, then stopped responding. Ticket got closed without fixing anything. Had to raise new complaint: GA250526A218786. Unacceptable service. Resolve this ASAP.

@atherenergy @tarunsmehta My Ather 450X spends more time in service than on road. Belt broke again, brake issue pending 2 months, RSA failed, & service manager refuses to even SELL me a belt for my own scooter. If not resolved immediately, I’ll escalate this to Consumer Court.

Disappointed with @atherenergy I have taken the RSA subscription for the emergency one my athers tyre got puncture in middle. so I purchased the subscription. But now they are saying you have to wait for 7 days to avail the benefits of these.@tarunsmehta look into these.
