@WIVReports It’s worse than you think. LinkedIn ghost companies collect your resume and send you a check to purchase pc equipment. You cash it, it bounces. The ghost gets the bounced check and your bank information and your resume. Next step : they commandeer your accounts.

When hunting for work on LinkedIn, find the listing company and reverse check. Here's an example. Techwizens LLC claims they're seeking a Data Architect, yet the roles on their site state otherwise. Not only are 99% of the listings months old, but the Data Architect role doesn't exist. This is called a ghost post to harvest your data and place more non-US workers in American jobs.
