If you are spending 100K+ to enjoy in an exclusive hotel, if you do it 20 times in a year that's 2 Million naira, if you run it 40 times in a year that will be roughly 4 Million. Even if you are lodging in a cheap hotel of 20K and you do it frequently at least 20 times in a month, that's too expensive. Let's calculate it. √ ₦20,000 X 20 = ₦400,000 monthly. √ ₦400,000 X 12months = ₦4,800,000 yearly. Now subtract 400K for the self contained rent, you will have ₦4.4Million naira remaining, put remaining 400K into furnishing the self contained house you will still save ₦ 4Million Nigerian naira remaining. Now here is another trick, you can be renting out there daily and be cashing out if it's private property owned by you my brother but if you are paying rent it's still good, you have successfully saved a huge amount.
