@Funni288271 honestly as someone who watches dark/black humor cartoons (making fiends, invader zim, B&W shorts of Looney Tunes directed by Bob Clampett.) i found Ren Seeks Help as a great episode and cap the spirit of the Spumco humor with games animation crudeness of ren and stimpy.

@Oddixx I own coonskin on DVD and it one of my favorite Bakshi films (unless Last Days in Coney Island counts as a film) due to the strong meaning and how the film gets it message points with the crude but detailed drawings! real bummer the blu-ray for this film is expensive nowadays.

Coonskin is one of the single best and most important pieces of american cinema ever but the most popular videos on it are from people who yell about the writing in spongebob episodes…

@JustabitSab @quack591094 my only praise of the WTDGTD other than the soundtrack is an cameo of Alfred Alfer (yes, THAT character) since it an odd cameo but how it plays is pretty funny, unfortunately my only time laughing other than the bad actors performances.

@JustabitSab @quack591094 okay so i will get sensitive here but the whole plot of where the died goes to die has three plot, one is about a man who touches a young girl and the girl dies, some dog appears, next story is some underdog and the last story is wtf.

this looks insufferable should i watch it

@JustabitSab @quack591094 not sure if you watched “where the dead goes to die” that film is the prime example of mental destruction in a VERY terrible way, soundtrack for both films are pretty good but i prefer terkel in trouble, at-least i see the goat uncle stewart!

@quack591094 ABSOLUTELY! Terkel I Knibe is one of the first fully CGI film in danish and is considered as the first indie danish animation film over there, U.K dub has many known actors and and the U.S dub is funny if you watch it with a friend group!

there's a severe lack of ren and stimpy video essays that aren't about the production history or john k where's the favorite episode videos, where's the favorite character videos, where's anything???

@RCaorlin this whole film helps me a lot with mental health awareness, the scene where Mary is going to hang herself is my favorite scene with the music choice, the intense of the scene and the meaning of it. the small detail where the bum shreds a tear saying “i sorry” gets me still.

Two things I love about this whole scene: 1) It is the moment when Max realizes he needs to forgive Mary and people in general, since no one is perfect and that only then can he be at peace with the world around him and himself. 2) The bum/dog designs are so freaking adorable

@RCaorlin looks fantastic on Mark swap look, the twins is obviously the same since… they are twin, moonhead looks like he is either embarrassed by the pain or confused. Renart nose behind his left arm is my only criticism. seeing Ronald with nips is something i wish to never see lol

@stinkyboiprod in my opinion, APC is a very great piece of history and flash revolution since the layout on pencil got transferred to digital ink on flash and while the animation may be choppy, it a revolution to see on tv. ren seeks help is the best episode in APC! (koala u know me koala🐨)

i dont think it's shit but it's very flawed adult party cartoon was full of a lot of fantastically drawn character acting and expressions. its a raw piece of art in the sense that it's an unfiltered mess coming from a psycho's mind. but also its badly paced and really really dumb

@nursedbystimpy honestly no disrespect towards world greatest cartoonist Ralph Bakshi according to Fire Dogs 2 but this pilot is mediocre, the laugh tracks is amusing but really touching art style! Near the ending does has a funny animation error that I quite like!
