Thank you to Liz and Charlotte for coming to Dinton Park today to talk about the upcoming year 4&5 Orienteering on Thursday 21st March. We even had some sunshine! 🗺️ ☀️

Last week 8 schools had a great time at the KS3 Alternative Swimming Gala. Congratulations to Greentrees and St Andrew’s who came 3rd and 2nd respectively but St Osmund’s retained their crown for a second year in a row! 🥇Thank you to the @wyvernstedmunds Young Ambassador leaders

Some of our year 9 girls took part in our ‘She Can Be Active’ event today @ WSE. They got involved in a variety of activities and showed great leadership, problem solving and determination. Big thank you to @SalisburySgo for organising and @ArmyintheSW for running the event!

Well done to the participants from Trafalgar, @SarumAcademy, Exeter House and @wyvernstedmunds for participating in the KS3/4 @Panathlon today. Well done to WSE who came first and second and EH who came third! Thank you to the Sarum and WSE leaders for a fab day.

Thank you to @SarumAcademy for providing your sports hall and year 10 leaders who ran the KS2 @Panathlon alongside the @wyvernstedmunds leaders. Congratulations to Pembroke Park, Downton and Alderbury who were the top three teams.

Thank you to @ArmyintheSW for running a STEM session where @wyvernstedmunds students made a self propelled car. Students worked well in their teams and definitely improved their team work skills whilst trying something new. Well done 👏

Thank you to @ArmyintheSW for leading the She Can Be Active festival for year 9 girls from @WyvernStEdsPE, @stjoseph, @SarumAcademy and Trafalgar. All developed their team work, communication and self confidence whilst having fun!

Thank you to the @wyvernstedmunds Young Ambassadors who went to Exeter House to work with their pupils on their gross motor skills as part of the MATP with @RachelBownTri. We look forward to going back to celebrate their progress in July

Thank you to Exeter House for a lovely morning meeting their students and helping in their PE lesson. We are now ready to plan and lead a Multi Activity Training Program session for them in January thanks to Rachel Bown’s guidance as the County Inclusive Lead

What a great time at the KS2 badminton festival! Well done to St Andrew’s, @Pittonschool and @WinterslowSch for winning. A big thanks to the @wyvernstedmunds badminton enrichment leaders who gave up their time to train for and lead at this event. You were great

Another fabulous event yesterday at the Yr5 Bronze Young Ambassadors training day. So many positive comments from attending schools about the @wyvernstedmunds yr 9&10 leaders. The year 5s are now going to get everyone in their school active for 60 minutes a day

Well done to @WinterslowSch for winning the year 3&4 mixed Football yesterday. Downton and @GreentreesPS came 2nd & 3rd. Thank you to the @wyvernstedmunds leaders who did a fabulous job and worked well as a team. ⚽️
