@AlphaCastFR c'était déjà le cas pour l'acteur qui jouait T-Bag dans prison break qui expliquait en 2005 que les gens avaient peur de lui en le croisant dans la rue ; faut pas oublier que ce genre de comportement a toujours existé mais est plus visibles/marqués avec les réseaux sociaux

@gautoz je suis curieux ; avec le recul qu'on a depuis que ça existe, ça apporte vraiment quelques chose d'être récompensé aux pégases (visibilité, reconnaissance...)? il y a vraiment des acteurs - majeurs ou non - du milieu qui se disent que ça vaut le coup de payer l'inscription?

@Skyflooze @low_fyy @MonsieurPlouf sans être expert, je dirais que créer des banques de données pour IA avec des contenus libres de droits ou des limites légales pour empêcher ces IA de piocher dans des créations sous copyright aiderait à assainir l'utilisation des IA tout en laissant le champ libre aux artistes

@Skyflooze @low_fyy @MonsieurPlouf le souci c'est que les IA génératives se basent sur des projets existants pour sortir du contenu "nouveau" et qu'elles ne font aucune distinction entre inspiration et plagiat ; utilisées comme tu dis, c'est utile, mais faut poser des limites pour protéger les créations originales

Le succès éclair de Palworld semble signifier qu'on peut mettre en garde tout ce qu'on veut à propos de l'IA, de ses méfaits, de plagiat, de danger pour les artistes, etc. Tu dis "Pokémon avec des flingues" et hop, c'est oublié

@low_fyy @MonsieurPlouf pour moi le souci c'est que c'est pas clairement annoncé (même si c'est pas un problème intrinsèque au jeu mais plutôt au manque de cadre légal pour protéger les artistes) ; perso, je suis vraiment pas fan des IA dans le graphisme et si j'avais su, j'aurais pas acheté le jeu

@low_fyy @MonsieurPlouf d'après le peu que j'ai lu, pour concevoir palworld, des IA génératives auraient été utilisées (type chat gpt, ou autres) ; ça plus le fait qu'il y a clairement des éléments TRES fortement inspirés d'autres jeux (les jingles de botw, des designs de pokémons...), ça fait beaucoup
