IAH is now clearing makeshift lanes outside the terminal and reopening the street to traffic.

OFFICIAL: Houston Rockets owner @TilmanJFertitta's company, Fertitta Entertainment, has entered into an agreement to purchase the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun, with plans to relocate the franchise to Houston and bring back the historic Houston Comets (@HouComets) name. Houston airports have been hit the hardest during this shutdown with the highest rate of TSA employees calling out. Last week, travelers spilled outside the terminal and down two levels. This is a beautiful site now for travelers as lines are moving fast and no one has to wait in the makeshift lanes.

BREAKING: @FoxNews has learned that Speaker Johnson just announced on a House GOP conference call that the House will vote on DHS funding again this week, and there will be a House vote on a war powers resolution on Iran likely on Thursday.

The temporary closure of airspace over El Paso has been lifted. There is no threat to commercial aviation. All flights will resume as normal.

BREAKING: Person being questioned in the Guthrie case in Rio Rico, AZ is FREE. It’s not quite clear what investigators got out of the Rio Rico, AZ search but here’s what we can tell you. Within the past hour or so, investigators left the Rio Rico house that was apparently being searched. The scene was cleared, police tape removed. Then, a man that identified himself as Carlos Palazuelos said he was the man pulled over and detained during the traffic stop — but he is now FREE at the house— and claims he had nothing to do with the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. He tells Fox he works in Tucson delivering packages. Carlos tells Fox that investigators showed his “in-law” a picture of a man in a mask and mentioned something about eyes.  Perhaps his eyes matched. Carlos say investigators asked him about his whereabouts and took his phone but he is not in custody or identified as a suspect. Video coming.
