@SamBuca92 @paddypower Rooney did the same to us. Its tough to take when you lose an outstanding player to a club with a lot more money but that is PL football. Villa have done rather well without him and he did rather well without Villa.

I think politicians and military and intelligence chiefs are seriously overplaying their hand with this "Prepare your sons and daughters to fight Russia" warning. It's so outlandish that people are just laughing at them. I do wonder if these people ever visit the world outside of Whitehall and their Pall Mall clubs. Do they have *any* idea what people are thinking and saying in the provinces of Britain? Do they honestly think that a Lord-Kitchener-style "Your country needs you to fight the Russian beast" recruiting campaign is going to be met with anything other than a roll of the eyes and a scoff? They are seriously undermining their own credibility. They need to get real.
