@SamEversonCle Sonic boom it was! I was barefoot in 2” of snow running around my house trying to see if a missile went thru my roof !

Now that’s something you don’t see (or hear) everyday. Just a casual meteor causing a sonic boom this morning in Northeast Ohio.

I heard the same thing! Anyone else hear a loud sonic boom on the west side ~10 minutes ago?

Going back to the CALL THE NEIGHBORS post. After calling both neighbors to my new listing, they have both toured and intend to submit offers. This is often seen as a tedious task so people rush to set up marketing and post on Loopnet & CREXI, When in reality this is easier.

What’s it like being a broker? This is the response you get when sharing useful market information with some folks
