Winnipeg is a terrible city. I visited last month, and the roads were in an absolute state of disrepair. There are potholes everywhere—not a single decent stretch of road—as if the local government has completely abandoned maintenance. The streets are filthy and crawling with homeless people, which makes the whole place feel quite intimidating.
