I had to learn just by doing it. Did not spend years at college or university, plus I was in agriculture 45 years.

I am poor, but my most basic and important role is to ensure my child eats. Children not being fed properly, is the first sign teachers and care givers have that there is a bigger issue in the home. You're now removing that first sign. I would rather my little girl didnt face being dragged in to a bush at knifepoint and raped by foreign men on the way to and from school, rather than having a bowl of cereal.

The total silence and non provision of any information whatsoever is both shocking and telling. I had 2 young family members in the club that night. They’d happily be willing to come forward and help if they had been given even half a clue what it was they may or may not have seen. Who was the woman (respect her anonymity but an outline description. Could be given). Were the men originally in the club or loitering outside. How many of them. British or non British, accents, clothing, skin colour etc etc. nobody can help if they have no idea what went on or what they might have been looking for 🤷‍♂️ It’s inevitable the police will be accused of covering something up when they’ve said zero to help.

As a resident of Epsom with daughters & granddaughters I would have hoped that @EpsomPolice would have provided some information on the alleged gang rape at the weekend. Are residents in danger? Was the girl followed from the nightclub? What do these men look like? Did they harass others? Has there been any other incidents outside the church? Have any witnesses come forward? No comparable crime has ever happened here before. Has our MP anything to say? The silence is sparking all sorts of rumours & dangerous speculation.
