Today in 2005, a line of thunderstorms moved thru Roosevelt County. Poplar & Culbertson were hit @ 8 and 9 pm. Wind gust was estimated at 113 mph with 107 mph measured about 6 miles east of Froid. 14 freight cars were blown over. Damage worth $4 to 5 million was done. #mtwx
