It’s awesome to see the #TheMandalorianAndGrogu special look as the #1 series on Disney+ with Maul shadow lord as #2! There are also 8 Star Wars movies in the top 10 movies!

I feel like this hammer weapon before Din’s gladiator fight is a reference to Thor. The sequence is definitely influenced by Thor’s fight with Hulk in Ragnorak.

Idk why but today I was thinking, and I have a really good feeling we’ll get a BIG cameo in #TheMandalorianAndGrogu, Ik that scoopers have said there won’t be any big cameos, but lucasfilm (and the Mando crew in particular) has shown that they can keep secrets - Grogu and Luke.

Lifting the review embargo 3 days before release makes me think Disney/Lucasfilm has some confidence in this movie getting good reviews. It’s the same gap that Thunderbolts* and Predator: Badlands had.

Does THR not realize this was a first come first serve event that was all over the country? Yeah hardcore fans are going to be the main audience for this, but this wasn’t some influencer only preview event for The Mandalorian and Grogu. What kind of reporting is this @THR?

@ahsokareign2023 This guy is a stop motion puppet, he’s in all of the influencers videos from the set, but no one really said anything about him. My theory is that Jon didn’t want to spoil his role in the film, so he didn’t tell the influencers about him. (I’m likely overthinking his importance)

@grogu_shib I really think it is, which is great because it’s close to but not exactly his everyday voice. The character has more southern twang, which makes him more out there, as all Star Wars characters should be
