@mountainrunuk @WelshAthletics The combination of the inter-regional championships and British championships led to many runners wearing their regional vest and not club vests. Under UKA rules those runners technically shouldn't count for team competition but that seems unfair. Just feedback for next time 👍

@SamStead7 @BritAthletics Until 2021 it came under the remit of the FRA. Since last year it has been the responsibility of the British Athletics Mountain Running Advisory Group.

@athleteinaction Though a higher temp will mean more heat is lost in the pipes to/from the rads, for the reasons you state

@athleteinaction The whole point of a radiator is to lose as much heat as possible. Its about the efficiency of the boiler not the radiator.

Re latest gov’t energy advice to reduce boiler temp to 60degC. I’ve long thought having rads at 80 to bring a room up to 20 to be more wasteful than say 60 because the higher the rad temp is set the quicker that heat will be lost. (Heat always flows toward cold).
