@Southern_NHSFT I ran my #Mile4ASmile tonight for learning disability awareness week! I really didn’t have much motivation before I went but was smiling afterwards & really glad I went 😃Exercise definitely has a positive influence on my mind 💪🏻🏃‍♀️

It's Learning Disability Week and we are supporting a #Mile4ASmile! Exercising with friends, family or colleagues is a fantastic boost to your mental health. You can walk, jog, cycle or even roller-skate or skateboard your way to positivity! Share your photos with us! 🏃‍♀️
