@WestMidRailway Thank you! I had an issue at the station, same thing happened last week, but the lady said she was aware of issues and let me through, today I showed my original email confirmation, but they still insisted I bought a new ticket, until I managed to speak to a very helpful manager!

Stuck at Shirley station with a 6 month old in pram, lifts out of order and no staff about….thanks! How I am I supposed to get out of the station 🤷‍♀️@WestMidRailway

@WestMidRailway No staff ticket office closed, no other way out station apart from carrying a baby and pushchair up and down flights of stairs!
