Hi @AirbnbHelp we had a family of 12 cause property damage (AirCover claim denied), and they were still allowed to post a negative review that conflicts with documented communication.This raises serious concerns about how host protections are being applied.Can someone escalate?
@AirbnbHelp Superhost for 3+ years. I provided dated videos, photos, invoices and messages, yet my damage claim was refused and a review with serious accusations remains online. Very disappointed and feeling unsupported despite following all Airbnb procedures.
