@SamizzlePhizzle I can’t see why you wouldn’t get one. I got one at about 1am this morning so maybe they are still being sent out. The only thing different to what I did was I didn’t use the app but I don’t see how that would make a difference.

@sinky2785 @oasis They said everyone who queued for tickets would get an email they didn’t…if I got in the ballot and didn’t get the code that would be fine and I would like “oh well” but to not send emails to true fans who waited and queued for hours - yes it is a shambles!!

@Holliebear80 @oasis No was logged into my account got all the way through to the stadium map to select tickets then it was announced it was sold out! I was using the app..

@csfarman @oasis Was you using the app or webpage? I was on the app from 08:30 got to checkout 5 times but got booted or accused of being a bot and no email. Someone else I know was on the website got an email. @TicketmasterUK have proved levels of incompetence that put politicians to shame

@LookfantasticCS your customer services is shocking over a week since my delivery should have arrived and just being told that I need to wait until the 10th July when you MIGHT hear back from the couriers 11 days after my delivery was due!!!!!

@JustEatUK your customer service is appealing 6 days I sent an email with pictures complaining about my order and have had no response!!
