Finally a clear breakdown of how to actually manage 1M context in Claude Code. The difference between compact vs fresh session vs rewind vs subagents is explained so well here. Saved this for future reference. Huge thanks @trq212

Cursor can now respond by creating interactive canvases to visually represent information. Ask it to generate dashboards and custom interfaces that are richer than plain text.

@ericzakariasson 100% agree on 2 and 3. Point 1 has improved a lot, agents can now spin up devcontainers/Codespaces pretty easily. But it still feels painful on bigger monorepos or complex local/custom environments.

probably the 3 most important things when thinking of your codebase 1. can an agent start your environment? 2. can an agent access external context relevant to intent? 3. can an agent verify its own changes?

Just tried Claude Routines in my company workspace and it’s actually really good. Connected it with our Slack + Google Sheets to auto-summarize prod issues and requests every morning. No laptop needed, runs fully on their side. This is going to save us a lot of time 🔥 @claudeai Awesome!
Claude@claudeai

Now in research preview: routines in Claude Code. Configure a routine once (a prompt, a repo, and your connectors), and it can run on a schedule, from an API call, or in response to an event. Routines run on our web infrastructure, so you don't have to keep your laptop open.

@Sammy_970 @cursor_ai You should be able to drag and drop chats like tabs into the editor area in the IDE window now for a similar effect

We've shipped several quality-of-life improvements to Cursor 3. They bring a little more delight when you are orchestrating agents. Just like in your terminal, you can now split agents for multi-tasking in Cursor.

Today, we’re launching @autoaicam, a camera that builds personal apps for anything you point it at. How does it work? - Take a photo - Auto picks a Frame, a mini-app built and designed by you or our community - The Frame does something for you: track calories, virtually try on outfits, identify a plant, and much more How many of you have a camera roll full of photos that are really actions or reminders? Auto turns these photos into something useful.

@garrytan @theo Lean skills, lean code 🙌🏼 Totally agree with this, when using a lot of skills and if they are too much generic, then I mostly feel it doesn’t give any value Instead it just burns more token and time invested

Most UIs look perfect with clean demo text… Until real users come with long names, giant prices & unbreakable strings. If ellipsis, word-break, or overflow isn’t handled properly, it explodes. That’s why Layout Pressure exists. To test everything all at once. Video in main post ↑

just shipped Layout Pressure (GitHub in reply) a small frontend tool that stress-tests your UI with ugly real-world content. This includes long names, verbose labels, giant prices, emails, URLs, no-space strings, and missing values basically: if your layout only works with nice demo content, this will expose it fast video below

3 months ago I started building a coding agent that runs in the cloud. It's since written every line of code I've shipped, including itself. Today, I'm open sourcing it. Introducing Open Agents.

@AnandButani @davidonchainx Its mostly posting my projects on X. Tbh I am not looking for product users or paying users. Its just my hobby to make projects and post it for people to use. But mostly end up only me using it lol
