I am requesting a fair and thorough review before the end of today. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through the appropriate cybercrime and consumer protection authorities.
This is not the first time my accounts have been breached, and these issues started after I purchased 15 Goat Challenge accounts from your company.

The violation occurred because your GBP/CAD news trade generated $3,071.98 in profit, exceeding the 1% news risk cap by $2,071.98.
As explained in the violation notice, the excess profit was deducted, leaving an account balance of $104,089.68. Since that adjustment resulted in a rule breach, a new Phase 2 account was issued with the adjusted balance so you could continue your challenge.

Let's resolve this matter privately instead of posting misleading comments or trying to claim innocent in my comment section.
From what I've observed, whenever someone publicly raises concerns, your team quickly updates the wording on your website to change or clarify the promises that were previously made. Then, you respond by claiming that something happened on the customer's account even when there is no clear evidence.
Regarding your news trading rule, I have one question: why do you wait until a trader has successfully passed Phase 1 & Phase 2 before deducting their profits if the issue were from phase 1 as you said you would have deducted the profits from the phase 1 and not after all the challenge. because of an alleged news violation? If this rule is so important, why isn't it enforced immediately when the violation supposedly occurs instead of after the trader has met the target?
From my perspective, that raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. 🚩
