@mundu_useful Well for Mechanical Installations, under QA/QC there should be an Inspection Test Plan. Control during and after execution. I would take pictures, wait for the contractor to call for inspection then I fail the inspection request, while at it, give suggestions for betterment.

As a Site Supervisor on a Large Site you see unacceptable workmanship but there is not available someone in authority from Contractor’s staff to talk to! Suspiciously, “they”, (site agent and his assistants) may have disappeared deliberately! What will you do?
