@icastleinthesky @ProfessaJay Yea. My exams are all short answer/essay. Not only grading in the computer but the system calculates the grade. I had to grade 5 handwritten exams and I would quit giving exams if I had to do 50+. It would take weeks not a day or so.

@ProfessaJay Oh. I just make my students use lockdown browser. They have to bring their laptops to class to take the test. And those that don’t have a compatible computer take the written exam. I can’t be trying to interpret the handwriting on 50+ students.

@Samniqueka_H I’m being a lot more careful about things I say yes to and typically I won’t answer emails until the next day just to protect my down time

One thing I’m learning is that I need to be selfish and protect my time as a #newPI because people will try and take your time if you let them
