In 2019, a man broke into the home of 82-year-old Willie Murphy in Rochester, New York, just after 11 at night. He had been banging on her door pretending to be sick, and when she wouldn’t let him in, he smashed through it.
What he didn’t know was that Murphy is an award-winning bodybuilder who can deadlift 225 pounds and works out at her local gym almost every day. She grabbed a table and beat him with it until it broke. When he hit the floor she jumped on him. Then she grabbed a bottle of baby shampoo and squirted it all over his face. Then she hit him with a broom. By the time police arrived he was lying on the ground unable to move and had to leave in an ambulance. The officers asked to take selfies with her on her porch.
