Even after our consistent complaints throughout the month to your office regarding cleaning, neither they want to come to property to confirm it, nor they want to arrange a cleaning service

@chengcweng @ChancellorsEA @CitizensAdvice It is really. Everyday they ask us this question if we want to get it cleaned and we reply by saying, yes, please arrange one. That is the loop we are in and today’s question was no different.
