@Samson1176 @mariacaulfield Not a fella. Beyond aware there is no “pot”. It’s a contract though, and if the intention is to scrap it, not just tweak it to death, that needs to be communicated so people can leave.

A Restore Britain Government will allow pub landlords and other venue owners to install a smoking room.
If adults want to smoke inside a contained room, and the landlord is happy to provide that, then it's none of our business.

They don’t have to make you, anybody can pay more tax if they wish. It’s very easy and fully explained on HMRC website. You can even tell them what you want it spending on. But I presume he’s already doing this, obviously.
