@SamsungCareSA I've spent 3 weeks and 3 trips to the repair shop trying to get my brand new Z Flip 4 repaired. Now the part they sent is defective. I can either wait possibly another 3 weeks or pay the $100 to replace a phone that works. Don't buy a Z Flip is my suggestion.

@SamsungCareSA Hi Nicole, I opened a ticket on October 5th and was told someone would be out to look at the TV on Friday October 7th. Ticket 4167656724. Called the service center directly. No answer. Called Samsung again on October 11th said they needed 7 days to get the parts. No response

@SamsungCareSA TV will not switch on! Makes the Samsung noise, then clicks, blank picture! I have tried with the remote, unplugged, nothing. Already had the specific part replaced with a second hand one because YOU SAMSUNG DONT HAVE THE PART? I don’t want the expense of a new TV

@Samsung so disappointed! My TV has a beautiful picture, great sound, if only I could switch it on? Taken in for repairs, apparently the part no longer available? Is this how you force people to buy new TVS? Cos I really don’t want to! Samsung Noise, click, blank screen. Repeat!
