@samso96928 @ReelShiftJoe It's 5th movie in a slasher franchise. At some point new characters have to take front & center. I personally loved Dewey in 5 & found his death so emotional. If these movies are to successfully carry on they need to bring in new characters that can survive alongside the old.

@SamuelJB26 @ReelShiftJoe They ruined Dewey and then just when he started becoming the heroic figure we all know and love, they have him killed off by a 17 year old girl in a suddenly empty hospital thanks to a phone call from gale. That doesn't sound like balance to me.

Now I'm a HUGE Scream fan so this actually pains me to say this but #Scream7 was really disappointing 😞
The killers/reveal was terrible. The AI stuff just felt cringey. No real suspense or twists.
There was such potential but it just fell flat compared to 5 & 6. 👎
