@Sineadholly91 @VueHelp Also, not really a solution for me after a stroke in my 30s left me disabled and gave me a speech disorder. I can be hard to understand if you CAN see my lips.

@VueHelp @SamuelPWilliams This issue has been going on for three weeks! I've reported it three times and it hasn't been fixed. "Popping" into Vue means you pay more and that's not accomodating disabled customers and their carers! @vuehelp
