@Victoria_Rixon @wesstreeting @wesstreeting has been responsible for the #NHS over a time when tens of thousands of people have died avoidably. Prison and surcharge of assets is more appropriate. We need to see government minister’s held responsible for the consequences of their decisions.

As an ex NHS whistleblower I call for @wesstreeting to resign IMMEDIATELY from his post. You have failed in every aspect & deserve to be unemployed. Like me. Like many.

@hansummers @natalyanderson How is Melanie Gill not in prison? Is this not fraud by false instrument? Melanie Gill was not qualified to give any opinion. How can courts allow unqualified ‘self certified’ experts? The family courts caused far more harm than good. Jail the judges and staff.

NEW: I interviewed Dylan* who was taken from his mother aged nine by the family courts. She was barred from seeing him for six years after he was removed on the advice of an unregulated psychologist. Now, reunited, they tell their story for the first time. tinyurl.com/eupnejef

Keir admitted to denying visas of anyone set to speak at Unite the Kingdom rally, led by Tommy Robinson, this Saturday in London. Including Americans such as @JoeyMannarino and @ValentinaForUSA This is clearly a violation of the 1st amendment and exposes Keir as a liar.

@fionagoddarduk Have you written to the council involved to express what you’re saying here? Ask them for financial help and stress you don’t see it as an admission of guilt but see it as a form of reparation. I’m guessing you’ve got upheld complaints that you can reference. Best wishes.

Why is it going to cost me nearly £3k, just to get my gcse's before a further £5k for my a-levels, when i only missed out on them because the British government felt i was better served as a child in a rape house, basically used as a child slave, for the sake of multicultural peace. Now over a decade on from escaping and im still fighting against the establishment for compensation and facing thousands of pounds out of my own pocket to even be able to start building a future. Its unfair. I want what most people want: the chance to work hard, build a stable life, and provide a good upbringing for my children. But every step forward feels unnecessarily difficult, as though the system would rather people like me disappear than be given a genuine opportunity to recover and succeed. I have tried to apply for funding to help cover the cost and been turned down. If anyone knows how I can get some help, please let me know.

@Lesleyziggy @ZoeJames2024 Send your email again and ask for a reference number. If refused put in a formal complaint about the MP. The MPs are limited in what they can do to help in specific cases but if you ask broader questions they can ask for social services to carry out reviews.

HOW INSURERS FABRICATE COMPLAINTS IN YOUR NAME Here's something most people don't know is even possible. Your insurer can log a formal complaint in your name. A complaint you never made. About a call you never had. And then send you a letter thanking you for raising it. That's not a hypothetical. That's exactly what happened to me. On 30 January 2024, a complaint appeared in Crawford & Company's @crawco internal system. Reference 01/24540759. It says I was unhappy with claim progress, communication, and feeling unfairly treated. I never made that complaint. There was no call. There was no contact. My wife had spoken to Crawford five days earlier to confirm that all communication must be in writing. That's it. That's the entire basis for a formal complaint record that then featured in RSA's @rsagroup / @IntactInsurance final decision letters as proof of their complaint handling process. But here's where it gets worse. RSA sent a letter thanking me for raising it. Think about what that means. You have a third-party loss adjuster fabricating a complaint internally. You have the insurer sending an official acknowledgment letter for that fabricated complaint. Both acting in lockstep. Both generating paper that makes it look like a real process happened. And when I went through my DSAR, I found the complaint log sheet. Dated 30 January 2024. Sitting right there in the data RSA was legally required to hand over. They handed me the proof of their own fabrication. That first phantom complaint wasn't a one-off. It was the first of three. Each one followed the same pattern. Each one came with a thank you letter. Real complaints, meanwhile, went unacknowledged for weeks. This is a PATTERN. If you've ever received a letter thanking you for a complaint you don't remember making, this is what that looks like from the inside. @TransparencyTF @MLorrM @G8GWS @financialombuds Full breakdown in EP4 of the RSA Whistleblower Files: x.com/ArturNadol7566…

In an A&E I listened to a senior nurse and a family. The dad of the family had suffered a stroke had been collected promptly by the ambulance but had been sat outside the A&E for too long, no room in A&E, for the clotbuster pills to work. Lives ruined. #NHS #LabourLiars

@NMBLAKE Those individuals don’t care and they never will and that’s how they got those jobs. It’s manslaughter by an omission. So is it corporate, gross negligence?. Undoubtedly, many of the people involved should be jailed and lose their pensions. #NottinghamEnquiry

Who agrees that those on benefits who choose not to work should be made to do some sort of community work in their local area to earn their benefits? This would then encourage them then to go to work rather than the taxpayers paying for them just to sit on their backsides & do nothing.

@DanNeidle The UK exists in a perpetual overdraft situation. You’re right it’s not not what the states spends but it’s also not what the public spends. It’s what the government borrows from the bond markets at 5% percent plus to spend without our consultation or consent. #LabourLiars

@drsanjoykumar @hundredfamilies Has the internal systems of the Nottingham healthcare trust been designed to be unaccountable in the event of a tragedy. ‘reckless indifference’ is threshold for many crimes. Did they know it was inevitable that a horror like this would’ve occurred? So sorry for everyone’s loss.

I’m still reeling from yesterday’s evidence. Nottingham Healthcare Trust have Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Meetings that are not minuted. So how do you document patient progress, or input from the multi-professionals about what has to be done etc etc. MDTs are an enormously powerful tool when used properly. They give a 360 degree view of a patient from all angles and all professionals. They’re incredibly important. To have weekly MDTs and then treat them like a joke is a total failure of governance by the Medical Director, Chief Executive and all of the senior management team. No wonder they have got so much and so badly wrong. MDTs aren’t a knees up with a cup of tea & biscuits, having jokes, they are very serious meetings. Any Mental Health Trust not formally recording/minuting your MDTs please under duty of candour, report yourselves to the CQC. Corporate failure is what this is at every level. No one at any level questioned this practice. I can’t quite believe it. @CareQualityComm @nottslive @Alison1mackITV @EmilyMayTV
