Unfortunately leaving NATO won’t be to avoid foreign entanglements, we’ll be leaving NATO so we can side with Israel when Turkey & Israel eventually clash in Syria.
This is after we helped topple the secular Syrian gov & installed a former AQ/ISIS leader as president.
Time to stop playing arsonist & fireman in the Middle East, it’s just not worth it.

On Easter morning, this is what President Trump posted.
Everyone in his administration that claims to be a Christian needs to fall on their knees and beg forgiveness from God and stop worshipping the President and intervene in Trump’s madness.
I know all of you and him and he has gone insane, and all of you are complicit.
I’m not defending Iran but let’s be honest about all of this.
The Strait is closed because the US and Israel started the unprovoked war against Iran based on the same nuclear lies they’ve been telling for decades, that any moment Iran would develop a nuclear weapon.
You know who has nuclear weapons?
Israel.
They are more than capable of defending themselves without the US having to fight their wars, kill innocent people and children, and pay for it.
Trump threatening to bomb power plants and bridges hurts the Iranian people, the very people Trump claimed he was freeing.
On Easter, of all days, we as Christians should be reminded that the son of God died and rose from the grave so that we can be forgiven once and for all of our sins. Jesus commanded us to love one another and forgive one another. Even our enemies.
Our President is not a Christian and his words and actions should not be supported by Christians.
Christians in the administration should be pursuing peace. Urging the President to make peace.
Not escalating war that is hurting people.
This NOT what we promised the American people when they overwhelmingly voted in 2024, I know, I was there more than most.
This is not making America great again, this is evil.

Kennedy duvarı yalamayan yegane ABD başkanıydı.
Hayatına mal olan konuşma;
-İsrailli yetkililere, onların yayılmacı politikalarını kabul etmediğimi söyledim. O toprakların kadim halkının (Filistinlilerin) hakları görmezden gelinemez. Adil bir çözüm bulmalıyız.”

@IraninSA For the attention of @PeteHegseth
When a reporter asked Mahatma Gandhi what he thought of Western civilization, he famously replied:
"I think it would be a good idea."

El Gobierno de España condena la pena de muerte contra palestinos que acaba de aprobar el parlamento de Israel. Se trata de una medida asimétrica que no se aplicaría a los israelíes que cometieran los mismos delitos.
Mismo crimen, distinta pena.
Eso no es justicia. Es un paso más hacia el apartheid.
El mundo no puede callar.

Israel is single-handedly dismantling the entire framework of international law, morality, and rules established by the global community since World War II; it is single-handedly destroying all diplomatic norms that have existed since the Westphalian system of sovereign states. It has subverted the "Just War" theory constructed by Western Christian tradition over the past millennium. It is single-handedly crushing the modern ethical system of humanity, dragging down the moral baseline of human society, and dragging humanity back into the barbarism of two thousand years ago.
Israel is one of, if not the most, degenerate, barbaric, reactionary, regressive, indecent and dark regime humanity has ever witnessed in centuries. It has no connection to Western values; its moral standards are far below to those of Iran - the very country it strives to demonize.
It is a disgrace to human society, and the entire world has seen this for what it is.

Universities bombed. Scientists and political officials assassinated. Civilian infrastructure targeted. This model of warfare, mastered by Israel in the modern era, makes a point of discarding any pretense of law, ethics, or restraint. As in Gaza, it normalizes a level of savagery that will not stay contained. It will haunt the international system for years to come. Oh and relying on brute force like this is not strength. It is desperation, built on the illusion that it can deliver “victory” when it cannot.

I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran.
This is a picture of Tehran. For you uneducated, untraveled, never-served, warhawks licking your chops at the thought of bombing it. It's not some low population desert. There are families, children, family pets. Regular working class people with dreams. You're sick to want war.
Tehran is a city of nearly 10,000,000 people. Imagine nuking Washington, Berlin, Paris, London, or beyond, bombed with nuclear weapons.
I gave up my diplomatic career to leak this information. I suspended my duties so as not to be part of or a witness to this crime against humanity, in an attempt to prevent a nuclear winter before it is too late.
Yesterday, nearly ten million people protested “No Kings” in the United States. The possibility of the use of nuclear weapons must be taken very seriously. It's dangerous. Act now. Spread this message worldwide. Take the streets. Protest for our humanity and future. Only the people can stop it. History will remember us.

Let's be honest about what the American bases in the Gulf actually protect.
They protect the governments.
From their own populations.
This is not an accusation.
This is the stated architecture of the security relationships.
The American security umbrella is explicitly extended to protect the governments from external threats and, crucially, from internal instability.
Meaning from the possibility that the population might decide it wants a different government.
The deal is simple:
You give us basing rights, access, intelligence cooperation, and compliant foreign policy, and we make sure you stay in power regardless of what your people want.
This is why the Arab Spring was contained where it was contained and not where it wasn't.
This is why certain governments survived 2011 and others didn't.
This is why the American military footprint in the Gulf expanded, not contracted, in the years after popular uprisings showed what populations actually wanted.
The bases protect governments from democracy.
And those same governments, protected from democracy by American power, are using those bases to argue that Iran is the threat to regional security.
The threat to regional security is the idea that Muslim populations should have a say in whether their governments normalize with Israel.
The threat is the idea that the ummah's resources should be used for the ummah.
The threat is the example of a government that said no to the arrangement and is still standing.
That is the threat.
Iran is the threat.
Not to the people.
To the arrangement.
And the arrangement is using the people's land, and the people's resources, and the people's Islam, to protect itself from the threat.
