@SanaKayy I read this wrong, and how the older you get you dont know how to squat. And I was like yes, it is humbling.

Real talk: the older you get, the more you realize you don't know squat. It's humbling. But also kind of beautiful. It opens us up to learn, to listen, and to connect more deeply with the world and the people in it. Keeps things interesting.

I'm talking about building spaces where teams don't just seem to advance on paper but grow in ways that matter. I truly hope going forward we can commit to that future.

That means ditching the superficial in favor of substance: investing in development, valuing real achievements, and nurturing a culture that champions genuine progress.
