#TrafficUpdate at #PortofDover: Processing time in the Buffer Zone is approximately 90 minutes. There are no queues at the check-in plaza, but the port approach roads are still very busy and congested. TAP procedures are in place for freight. We wish everyone a safe journey!

@British_Airways how long should i wait to just get a respond from BA regarding our recent delayed luggage (all 4 of checked in luggage are missing) which we have still not received its been 3 days now!!!!

@JustEatUK your customer service is terrible. A cold ordered was delivered i had to microwave it, asked for customer support and they credited my account not even with half of the amount of what i actually paid
