It’s amazing to me how few people - especially Europeans - don’t understand the very basics of free speech. In a nutshell: if you censor ANY kind of speech because you think it’s “hateful”, your enemy can use that to say YOUR speech is hateful. ANY kind of censorship (“hate speech” laws) is nothing else than a tool for the powerful to control the population. If you hate Christians , you say criticizing Islam is hate speech and put those in jail. If you hate Muslims, you say Islam is hate speech and put those in jail. “Hate speech” is simply a blank check for our rulers to put us in jail when we speak up. It has no actual substance. It’s a “send to jail free” card. It’s bad. Freedom can only be guaranteed if no one is in charge of deciding who gets the freedom.
Kate Degerdon@KDegerdon30481

@JOBhakdi There's a difference between free speech where we can all voice our opinions on something, and speech which is designed to be divisive, hostile, actively promote aggression & hatred to undermine democracy.

After reading through all of the new Epstein documents, one thing seems abundantly clear to me; Epstein made NUMEROUS attemps to entrap Trump, but Trump turned him down every single time. Epstein had Maxwell introduce a young woman to Trump at Mar-a-Lago - Trump turned her down. Epstein invited Trump to his private island - Trump rejected the offer. Epstein himself admitted that Trump "never got a massage." Epstein also attempted to collude with a journalist to obtain compromising information about Trump, but he couldn't find any. - @MattMorseTV

Thought… I think one reason so many people hate Trump (usually those on the Left) is that they only know how to complain and destroy while he knows how to create and build. Right now he’s trying to envision and facilitate a new, better world, putting aside ancient hatreds and inviting everyone who can see his vision to take part. Some of those on the Right who are attacking him have a level of justification because of presidents and policies of the past. However what Trump is now manifesting is totally the reverse of those failures. It seems to me they just can’t see that, and it’s our job to help them envision it rather than turn on the man who repeatedly has done what everyone said couldn’t be done. Policy aside maybe people just need a little imagination and faith right now. That’s the America First which leads us to The Golden Age.

Donald Trump is once again irritated by Zelensky's position — this time on the status of Crimea. Behind this lies an obvious desire to reach an agreement with Putin on sensitive issues for Ukraine. youtu.be/POOZDqWNVRg

Exactly 80 years ago, on this day, April 16, 1945, the Red Army started a special military operation codenamed Operation Berlin to conquer the Reichstag and put an end to this Austrian dog. The assault was primarily conducted by three Soviet fronts: the 1st Belorussian Front under Marshal Georgy Zhukov, the 1st Ukrainian Front commanded by Marshal Ivan Konev, and the 2nd Belorussian Front led by Marshal Konstantin Rokossovsky. Zhukov's forces advanced directly from the east and northeast, launching a massive frontal assault on the city. Konev's troops attacked from the south and southeast, later entering the city from the southwest to cut off German escape routes and accelerate the city's fall. Rokossovsky’s front operated to the north, holding off any attempts by German forces to relieve the city. A critical role in the actual street fighting within Berlin was played by General Vasily Chuikov, commander of the 8th Guards Army, which was part of Zhukov's 1st Belorussian Front. Chuikov’s forces were among the first to penetrate deep into the city and bore the brunt of the brutal urban combat, including the final assault on the Reichstag. Chuikov, who had earlier gained fame for his leadership at Stalingrad, applied his experience in urban warfare to devastating effect, orchestrating close-quarters attacks and pushing steadily toward the city center. Altogether, the Soviet Union deployed approximately 2.5 million soldiers, 6,250 tanks and self-propelled guns, 41,600 artillery pieces and mortars, and around 7,500 aircraft for the Berlin operation.

@UKikaski @RichardGrenell What is this dumbass idea you're trying to present here? If U.S. had their nukes in another NATO country, Germany lets say, and upon U.S. leaving NATO the nukes would automatically become German property?

As I explain in my forthcoming book Suicidal Empathy, stable relationships are rooted in the Darwinian mechanism of reciprocity. When aid flows in one direction without EVER any concrete reciprocity (in equal measure) from the recipient of the aid, it is parasitic in nature. Remember these words. @ZelenskyyUa @JDVance @realDonaldTrump

The premise of American foreign policy to Ukraine, today, is one of grievance. It is worth patiently considering the proposals. They reveal little about Ukraine, but much about America in February 2025. Full essay: "Recoup the costs: The sadism of American policy to war-torn Ukraine" Link in image below or profile

We had the same problems during the US Civi War-our deadliest war. We held elections during the bloodiest part when half of the territory was occupied by a Confederacy. Lincoln won despite the blood and draft. We also held elections during WW2 when we were liberating you from Germany.

❗️🇨🇿Czech President Petr Pavel: "What value would elections have in a country that has been defending itself for 3 years from aggression by a neighboring nuclear power? How can elections be organized when a fifth of the territory is occupied by occupiers and the entire country is under daily shelling? To call the president of such a country a dictator requires a great deal of cynicism."
