Last night the House of Lords did a power of good, cancelling the most draconian clauses of the Police Bill and safeguarding our right to protest. Bravo!

@drclairetaylor I do take a range of precautions, depending on the situation. It won't always be mask wearing. There are other tools in the kit now. Others at work informing me they have covid, avoiding the vulnerable when unwell, testing, vaccinations etc.

The rot started back in 2014 and it's been downhill ever since. A target of 2063 for cleaning up waterways is a totally meaningless date! Were it still 2027, the government would have to act now. So missing the European Union and so sick of the sheepish-now Brexit banshees :(

@BrexitRage Kane doesn't deserve a torrent of online abuse for missing his penalty but neither did the lads last time. I just feel that until this changes, the UK remains in a cultural dessert :(

@RoryStewartUK The numbers may be spurious but across the nation, there are many families still split over the Brexit issue and many friends have told me their Brexit supporting relatives are doing exactly this. Why not MPs as well? Seems no one is checking either way.
