Aged care: New cases remain at above 2500 per week!! DEATHS at RECORD HIGHS since January catastrophe. Last week 96 dead!! ACTION NEEDED NOW!! Thoughts with all those families.

I spoke to doctor who did not list covid as cause of death for my aunt in RACF recently. He said why does it matter? I explained she died that day because of covid. Death certificate changed when I said ‘we want to know the full covid impact’ @MarcTennant @CrabbBrendan #COVID

Are some nursing homes masking the numbers of covid deaths? A relative died this week in a Victorian nursing home after testing covid positive her cause of death was listed as COPD. She lived with COPD for years and not using oxygen!!! #COVID19

@SandraEades In the end it is the diagnosis that precedes death that gets recorded on the death certificate. Sympathy for your loss.
