Rangers and Celtic kick off at exactly the same time in three of the five games. For the other two, it’s due TV picks. The broadcasters selected Celtic Vs Falkirk on Sat 25th and so the non-televised Rangers Vs Motherwell game had to be moved to Sunday because you can’t play at home on the same day. Hearts Vs Rangers was the only Tynecastle TV fixture and they’ve chosen bank holiday Monday. The order shouldn’t matter. Just win most of the games and you take the title 🤷 Same goes for Hearts fans complaining about getting a small allocation at Celtic Park on the final day. Can only assume you’d have been fine with Hearts ending with Rangers at home with only 500 tickets for Rangers fans? Rangers who end away to Falkirk with only 750 tickets by the way….
RK@Richard76063985

@scotlandscoeff1 Rangers not playing again before Celtic with 6 games to go is not class, it’s just cheating.

@4done6togo @EwenDCameron @scotlandscoeff1 @RFC_Michael_ What the spfl website that's run by idiots that couldn't run a bath. Historically as has been proven the top team has earned the right to be at home. That's a fact Funny how every other teams supporters can see that but one teams trys to justify the change. Not rocket science

@4done6togo @EwenDCameron @scotlandscoeff1 @RFC_Michael_ It's not a different ball game at all ya tit, the team top earns the right to be home last game of the season as has been dictated the last 16 years. Not the team that's third. Anyone who thinks otherwise is fucking retarded 😂

@scotlandscoeff1 @EwenDCameron @RFC_Michael_ The fixtures are stacked in Celtics favour, anyone says otherwise is being biased as fuck. Team top usually gets the last home fixture, why would it have been changed, I wonder......🤔

Ewen what would you say if the final game was Hearts Vs Rangers and Rangers fans were saying they should get the last game at home as they were the bookies favourites for the title? And so it's a disgrace getting 500 away tickets for their potential title winning game? You'd surely tell them to fuck up and get on with it. Celtic have 3 home games while Rangers and Hearts only have 2; so Celtic always likely to get last game at home. Furthermore SPFL have (for the first time) ensured all teams have the same recovery time for the last game, and so the 2nd last games all kick off at the same time. This limits the fixture options even further. E.g. If Hearts then got the last game at home, Hibs now need to be at home the 2nd last game (and not away to Rangers). So many factors to consider.

@scotlandscoeff1 @AlbaGman @Alex55CM_ Top team is usually at home, hearts would take any team at home on final day of the season. To reward them away to Celtic final day and give Celtic that advantage is fucking blatant as fuck. To also have Celtic play rangers after the hearts game shows who they are favouring

A lot harder when Celtic had three home games and Hearts had 2. You also have to factor in that because all team have been given equal time to recover for the last game, the fixture options are even more constricted. E.g. for Hearts to be home last game, Hibs would now have to be at home on match week 37.

I would imagine as a Hearts fan you'd have preferred Rangers at Tynecastle on the final day - with 550 tickets to Rangers fans though? Not all fixtures will suit everyone. Celtic Vs Hearts is a brilliant final fixture and Celtic are the only one of the top three with three home games so were likely to be at home last with the league this tight

Fantastic post-split fixtures from the SPFL imo, so many interesting stories in there. Top six fixtures are as I predicted on my website in February, with Falkirk getting 20 home matches. Livingston being the team to get only 18 home games makes sense too, even though they are not officially down yet. If Celtic are out of the race I'm looking forward to seeing how the Celtic under-14s get on against Hearts in the final game. The ideal situation is all three teams still have a chance of winning the league on the final day, and it ultimately coming down to goal difference. Helicopter parked in Cumbernauld with the trophy ready to go to Falkirk or Glasgow. Class 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Post split fixtures out today. I'm expecting to see Old Firm game played early after split And a huge match to end the campaign that may decide the title e.g. Celtic Vs Hearts Which would be absolutely must watch TV if Celtic are out of it but Hearts can still win title!

The Rangers Journal
The Rangers Journal@RangersJournal·
Player ratings vs Dundee United @MitchLR Butland - 6 - overall not a huge amount he could for either goal, arguably could have come out earlier for the second. Good distribution throughout. Not helped by Souttar having a mare infront of him for the full game. Meghoma - 7 - really solid afternoon for the youngster, consistent throughout with his defence and offering himself up in attack. With Rommens injury he’s a big few weeks infront of him. Djiga - 6 - looked a bit jittery throughout the game likely down to Souttar being panicked all game. Grew into the game better second half. Souttar - 3 - had an absolute nightmare game. At fault for both of uniteds goals, looked paniced and rushed rather than calm and cool. Fair to assume only in the starting line up due to manny’s later return from international duty. Sterling - 8.5 - a complete performance for me, defensively sound as expected but far more lively going forward than in recent games. Quality boxes into the box. Took his goal well. Raskin - 6 - fairly iffy first half and better second, probably felt the effects of a couple of long trips on international duty. Chuckwuani - 7 - solid afternoon controlled the midfield well and helped drive things forward for the team. Strong but fair in the tackle while providing a lot of one touch passing helping with the speed of attack. Skov Olsen - 6 - good assist for Sterlings goal, but outside of that still lacked that killer threat we thought we were getting. If not for the assist would be marked lower. Moore - 6 - ran his socks off but wasn’t the sort of game he got to shine in, played well and was did exploit the space well. Aasgaard - 8 - if ever a player needed a good showing for there confidence it was Aasgaard, took his goal incredibly well, was in the right spaces and aggressive in his running during the first half. Could be very important in the run in. Naderi - 8 - could easily be higher if he played longer than a half chased down every ball, stayed in the box and really lead the line as a leader. Substitutes Gassama - 7 - really good impact from the bench, but united with pace and ability and gave there backline a horrid time. Nice assist for Assgaard too. Chermiti - 7 - his assist for Miovski bumps his score up a bit, but in another afternoon Chermiti could have had 2 of his own. Another good showing. Miovski - 8 - off the bench with 15 minutes of normal time to go, one shot and a goal. Helped close the game out with his experience too. Barron, Tavernier- N/A - late subs no chance to impact

@StrangerDavy @bryce9a @RangersJournal @MitchLR Soapy as the centre half has to close the gap and not back off, him backing off creates a massive gap for the player to run into. It also allows the striker to dictate what way he's going.not the defender. If you think soapy isn't at fault for the goal your mental.
