So personally, I'm already short this sucker. My shorts are currently in the red, but I'm going to ride it out. I wanted to buy puts, by my account has to be upgraded. I'm still waiting for it to be approved. Once it's approved I'll probably buy a put, but will have to think it thru. With the insane level of hype currently, it could keep going up for another three months, easily. So any put I buy would be further out most likely. I also might buy a call to limit my risk on the shorts.. maybe, depending how things go. I feel pretty confident that in 6 months to a year it has to cool off. Their latest chip only has a grand total of 84 qubits which is honestly a joke. You need many thousands or millions to compete with classical computers (including error correction qubits). Scaling from 84 to just 1000 is going to be a nightmare from an engineering perspective and might be impossible given their approach. Still, this is risky. The hype around quantum computing could be sustained for a while, and it's hard to predict how long. Retail investors gambling for big returns may be drawn to quantum stocks especially as the prospects for AI stocks and other areas diminish. Governments and big companies may buy Rigetti's computer to "get in the game" and start "learning the tech". even though it's worthless, leading to continued revenue for the company. (although IBM's quantum computer, which uses similar tech, is better in almost all the key metrics!!)

What goes up.. (Rigetti Computing $RGTI - they they have a market cap of 4.8 billion with revenue in the last year of 11.89 million LOL - current price to revenue ratio is 403 and price to sales is ~364. Their revenue last quarter was only 2.38 M, their earnings were -14.8 M..)
