@jbvconnor @BexWords @nyaraVT it didn't evolve from a sex binary... many species of animals don't fall into a binary, like animals that are hermaphroditic, or animals that change sex within thier life. Even then how we define sex is a spectrum based off an animals hormones, chromosomes, and physical traits.

@KoyagiUmahone @irrelevant_ta @KARICONICHAN erm actually chromosomes dont dictate sex, they just help with getting the hormones that dictate the physical characteristics we consider sex, but if the mothers body doesn't read or produce the hormones correctly, the baby might pop out female with male chromosomes.

私の昔の知り合いお話しです。
ある病院で性別適合手術を受けたんですが術後に尿道が癒着してしまい、救急車を呼んで病院をたらい回しにされて6件の病院(大学病院含む)に拒否されてしまいました。7件目の病院でやっと受け入れて頂き、緊急オペ尿道切開をして貰い命を繋ぎ止めました。後少しで膀胱破裂して命を落とす所でした。
全国の大学病院、そして私達トランスジェンダー🏳️🌈を受け入れてくれる病院の方々。是非、前向きに私達の受け入れを考えて下さい。どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
