年轻人的上升方式跟上一代完全不同
过去，阶层流动的主路径就三条：
读书、上班、熬资历。
靠时间换机会，靠稳定换安全感。
但现在的年轻人进入社会会发现：
这条路越来越窄、越来越长、越来越慢。
卷学历没有溢价，卷努力没人看见，步步都像走进浓雾。
于是，一条被忽视的趋势正在扩大——
阶层流动从“苦干路径”转向“注意力路径”与“情绪路径”。
你在 KTV、直播间、Cos 场景看到的，不是“玩”，
而是 新的阶层赛道：
谁能被看见，谁就能被选择；
谁能提供体验，谁就能定价。
这不是轻松，这是另一种高压竞争：
有人靠专业卷，有人靠外形卷，有人靠人设卷，有人靠人格魅力卷。
所有人都在想办法，从传统系统里撕开一个出口。
有意思的是，
社会默默把“能够抓住注意力的人”，
当作“潜在 upward mobility（向上流动）”的人选。
原因很简单：
注意力能带资源，资源能带流量，流量能带收入，
收入能带阶层跃迁。
这条路径风险更高、淘汰更快、情绪劳动更重，
但至少是 一种还存在可能性的道路。
上一代的阶层上升靠工厂、体力、单位、文凭；
这一代的阶层上升靠内容、服务、体验、情绪。
有人不喜欢，有人不理解，
但结构已经这样了：
在这个时代不是“谁更努力”，
而是“谁更容易被看见”。
阶层流动的底层逻辑已经改写，
只是大多数人还没来得及更新认知。
