There is virtually no evidence that Ming Yang would’ve been used to spy on Scotland. The UK government has also allowed several Chinese projects to go ahead in England. This matter was Scotland’s internal affairs to deal with. The Scottish government won the contract, and that should’ve been the end of it. The deal should not have been blocked.
