DO NOT SHOP @HomeDepot . ORDERED THOUSANDS OF $s TO REBUILD MY DECK-PARTS NEVER RECEIVED, OTHERS DAMAGED. 6 HOURS ON HOLD-TRANSFERED TO A RESOLUTION SPECIALIST who couldn’t assist,ASKED TO SPEAK WITH His manager AND WAS TOLD “NO. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ESCALATE IT 1 TIME ONLY.” Wtf

Tried to call @shakeshack 3 times and no answer. At least @Grubhub has accessible CS

Ordered @shakeshack on @Grubhub & they forgot my fries. Talked to CS & they said I’ll get a refund in 5 days. Told them I wanted the fries instead & they told me it would be another delivery fee for THEIR mistake. #horriblecustomerservice
