This my dad right here 👇 My whole life he has talked about Maradona, the greats that came before I was born. And now I get to see him happy as he was in 1986. He’s the reason why I love football so much. I am most happy for HIM! VAMOS CANTOR! Love you, papi 💙 @AndresCantorGOL

@dineshcsharma @RoliBooks Pitting it against Jugaad? His struggle was ironically similar to many "Jugaad" innovators today "The process was not at all easy as it deviated from the traditional methods of treatment...I had to spent years... making experts and scientists believe that it can do wonders ...."

@MrWorld33466895 @greenashanand @ashoswai Or maybe only the relatively weaker students opt to come back to India? The rest settle in Europe. After all, people in Ukraine are not getting lousy treatment in their country! So a different explanation is perhaps needed, badly!

When 18,000 medical students returned to India from Ukraine after the War, all the ministers were queuing for selfies with them for the UP election. 5 months have passed, and no promises have been kept - Students are protesting at Ramlila Ground in Delhi.

@MrWorld33466895 @greenashanand @ashoswai Good point. I have been thinking about it too. Is it possible that the orientation of their medical education is different from ours? E.g. they have a stronger public health angle to whatever they do, which in India is more individual patient-centric. Just wondering.

@greenashanand @ashoswai The international ranking of some of these colleges in Ukraine is far better than the Indian private colleges. It is i guess a bias we are having without solid data. After all they can work anywhere in Europe after a degree there, so the quality can't be very bad either.

@ashoswai Any medical admission to these students would be a bias for students studying in india. Who told them to do medical when they can't get score (this would be disastrous to students studying medicine in india). They all are privilege, choose other streams.

@greenashanand @ashoswai Dont thik it is empirically justified. Many would pay less fees there than what they have to pay in a private medical college in India.
