@speakoutsister @bphillipsonMP @EHRC Look just because they said that, doesn’t necessarily mean they hold negative attitudes towards gay people……………EHRC Guidance said so.

Akua Reindorf really is a nasty piece of work. This is the person who was injected into the EHRC purely because of her hatred of trans people . Which has always been evident, but more than ever now. She helped brief the UKSC. Sadly, Labour continue to use the @EHRC as a weapon. @bphillipsonMP

So here is the content-chasing terf from Colchester, who today went into a Marks and Spencer store looking to generate some trans outrage content. This is one of her previous ventures. Vile harassment. Obsessed by cock and fanny.

@GyllKing The fact that EHRC guidance gave homophobia cover if it’s done by religion shows who the next targets are going to be I think

Gyll King Post Skip Diplomacy
The anti-trans movement intersects with a broader, Christian nationalist agenda to reshape societal roles for biological women through shared funding, overlapping leadership networks, & a unified policy focus on enforcing strict, biblically defined gender roles.

@IndiaWilloughby Last year when the SC judgement came out I had a meltdown initially. After this I’m still quite calm which scares me more as I now see no future. 2003 in A&E I made a choice to open up as I thought transition might be worth a chance. I don’t think I would feel the same today.

“Forcing trans people to use 3rd spaces creates stigma and risks outing them. A trans woman who goes to the pub with the rest of her female friends would have to explain why she cannot go into the women’s toilets with them.” Humiliation is the point. goodlawproject.org/the-code-of-pr…

Rolling back #TransRights is the start of a slippery slope. LGB rights next (‘indecent’, ‘immoral’). Then woman’s rights (‘morally inferior’). Then who’s next? The #EHRC shit heads nowhere good. Male cishet Christian society incoming. When we’re there, remember who started it.
The Daily Britain@dailybritainonx

#OnThisDay in 1988: Section 28 became law. Passed under Margaret Thatcher’s Conservative government, it banned local authorities from “promoting homosexuality” and stopped schools from teaching that same-sex relationships were acceptable as a “pretended family relationship”. For years, it helped fuel fear, silence and shame around LGBT people in classrooms, councils and public life. Teachers were left scared to support gay pupils. Young people grew up without proper representation. And a whole generation was told, by law, that their lives and families were somehow less valid. Here is Margaret Thatcher speaking in 1987, the year before Section 28 became law, claiming children were being taught they had “an inalienable right to be gay”. Section 28 became one of the most notorious and damaging laws of the Thatcher era. It was finally repealed in Scotland in 2000, and in England and Wales in 2003.

@IndiaWilloughby @ScotsWhiteBear Sorry but along with completely invalidating the lives of trans people, the EHRC said you’re not allowed to do that

It really is incredible - and quite frightening - to see the Gender Critical machine pretending trans women were never covered by the Equality Act. And our useless complicit media go along with it. Let’s be clear: Religious Lord Hodge overstepped the mark and REWROTE the law at the UKSC last April - stripping us of our rights. Not a judge’s job. Parliament makes law. There SHOULD have been an inquiry. Labour SHOULD have stepped in and said “This is nonsense.” The AUTHOR of the EA says trans women WERE absolutely covered by the EA. Hodge refused to call her. The EA came six years AFTER the GRA - which had already settled legally that trans women are women. Why is everyone ignoring this fact? Britain is such a corrupt country. 🤷‍♀️🙄 @EmilyThornberry

@georgeedwards44 @CurtisDaly_ But women know a Trans Woman is a biological man. In the rare cases where they really pass then it's unfortunate but women's rights need to also be respected.

@Geri_E_L_Scott In all of this, has anyone given a thought to trans males? What toilets do they use? I’m assuming they will be welcome in the female toilets, considering they are biologically female 🤷🏻‍♀️

New: Andy Burnham has backed the EHRC guidance on single-sex spaces and said the Supreme Court ruling on biological sex must be implemented. Burnham told journalists at his campaign launch in Makerfield that his views had changed since previous comments made in 2022, and he said: "I think the time has come to take the Supreme Court ruling and the guidance and implement it. But to do it in a way, obviously, that protects those spaces, but does not marginalise already marginalised communities." He said: "Let's implement the guidance, but to do it in the fairest and most compassionate way possible." "We've got to move into the next phase and not constantly re-running the arguments. I think Britain has done this too much in recent times, you know, with Brexit and other things. We've got to stop arguing with each other."
