Congrats to everyone who did the Wexford 10K and half marathon today, what a morning for it! ☀️
Not sure whether I'm more surprised I managed to run 21K, or that I took a relatively ok photo while doing so!

One of the reasons that @POTUS is so welcome in Ireland is the craic- Ballina is on fire-the Chieftains is full flow . On occasions like this the Irish live in the now-long before mindfullness etc.

Sorry to be cringe on main but ran my first official half mara this weekend and I’m so proud of what I’ve been able to do with this funky little bod of mine. I wish the surgeon who told me I’d likely never run again to see me now!!!
