@Tesco disgusted, appalling service this week, my card had been scammed, payment wouldn’t go through asked me to update it which I did, in the meantime you cancelled my shopping, won’t deliver, won’t arrange an alternative. Been a customer for decades, great work Tesco, thanks 🤬

@InnerWolf thieves and fraudsters, do not order from them. Took £90 from us 4/1/24 no product despatched, ignoring all emails and phone calls. Pretended to manufacturer that they would sort it. Haven’t. Despicable, don’t care about causing stress and anxiety.

Also refused to give me a copy of their complaints procedure, told me no point taking it further as the written complain will come back to same people and manufacturers have improved the quality so it shouldn’t happen again! Shouldn’t have been selling substandard in first place!

Steer clear of @WrenKitchens we spent over £30k on a kitchen 30 months ago, the copper coating is coming off the handles and they expect me to repurchase them to the tune of £250 because their handle warranty is only a year! Outrageous, take your business somewhere else.

Really poor service from @JohnLewisRetail after spending a small fortune on a decent mattress 2 years in it has 2 big dents where we sleep but conveniently they can find no fault (their technician doesn’t sleep in it of course). Don’t buy a mattress from them, wasted money

@johnlewishelp I’ve been told the case is closed and even if I complain higher they will close it instantly as it’s been dealt with by the correct team. Absolutely no point in wasting more time on top of money. Appalling. Polite young man on the phone, but no back up service
