@teenageic0n_ Whenever I've had a conversation with an uber driver on the way to work and they ask if I work there, they always ask if I'm a nurse 🤷‍♀️

My Uber driver asked if I worked at the hospital, I said I did. He then asked if I was a receptionist. Am I wrong to be annoyed that he assumed this? Am I wrong to think it’s because of my gender? Genuine questions. I’m confused and conflicted.

If you are an NHS middle manager you need to spend more time working on your staff wellbeing than patient outcomes when it comes to service delivery. Your staff will deliver excellence in patient outcomes but can’t do that if they are unwell & unmotivated. This is how to fix NHS.

Theres never been a time when this doesn't turn into a full on fight at home 😂
