Just went for an ultrasound scan and the doctor told me that I have near enough got rid of my fatty liver and that I’m looking really healthy! My sugar levels have dropped from the 16-20 level back down to 6-8. Diabetes is under control and with a few more months training they said I will be at a normal weight. It’s weird to think that this is possible after everything over the last 2 years but… Just want to say thank you for the support, it sounds silly but the motivation and lovely comments have given me the confidence to keep training ❤️
