⁦@Uber⁩ picked up tonight from drop off area at Manchester Piccadilly. Driver explained he had to pick up there as previous rude who cancelled expected him to be there. And if no wardens they just do that. But as a customer I am not sure what to do and where to go. Help!

@TPExpressTrains it was so sad to hear one of your employees tonight say it was highly unlikely you would be delivering any service on your 24 minute late train. Sadly no one has any expectations from you anymore. He sounded like @AndyBurnhamGM, lied to and deflated.
