@AmazonHelp I called when it happened on Friday, and was told the recovery dept would contact me within 24 hours, but have heard nothing. When I called back to enquire what was happening, every advisor I spoke to refused to help as they cannot verify my account.

@AmazonHelp I also have outstanding orders that have been paid for but not received. How can I escalate/resolve this so my account can either be restored or my orders refunded?

@AmazonHelp I can verify my identity using: - Full name - Home address (used for deliveries) - Previous orders and delivery confirmations via email. - Payment details (last 4 digits if required) and bank card transactions to prove I purchase from you regularly.

@AmazonHelp I cannot pass your automated verification anywhere, because my original email address is no longer linked to the account, and all phone agents have refused to help me.

@AmazonHelp My Amazon Prime account has been taken over (hacked/scammed) and all account details (email/phone) have been changed.
